The Quarry
at Giants Ridge: Opening in the spring of 2003, The Quarry
incorporates the scenic and dramatic elements of former minelands,
virgin forest and an abandoned sand quarry. Expect deep hazards,
high ridges, elevated tee boxes and at times, narrow fairways
and small greens. The Quarry will be walkable. Holes six through
nine are expected to be the Quarry's signatures: all play over,
around and through the heart of the sand quarry in a variety
of ways. Wetlands, forest and a spring-fed lake also make appearances
