There's Always a View of the Lake!

For your next vacation, we know that you will enjoy our expansive 30 acres of wooded lake front privacy! Our cabins are well spaced from each and span nearly a half mile of Bear Island Lake shoreline which provides even more privacy than the typical resort setting!

Guests will find that we have one of the best swimming and beach spots-it's sandy with no drop-offs or rocks.

Occupancy and Rate Policies: We will not rent cabins or suites to/for more guests than it can accommodate. This is for the comfort of your vacation neighbors, your safety and follows our state licensing requirements. The rates reflected for each cabin or suite's season are based on the occupancy noted. The fee for additional guests beyond the noted occupancy are:

  • Children Age 2 or Younger are FREE
  • Each Additional Nightly Guest $22/Night
  • Each Additional Weekly Guest $110/Week


Pets: We are a PET friendly Resort. All Pet Guests must be approved BEFORE your arrival as we do have pet free stay options. Our Daisy (a Lab) is VERY social and wanders the resort. Bringing your family pet is just just like bringing an extra guest to our resort:

  • Each Additional Nightly Guest $22/Night
  • Each Additional Weekly Guest $110/Week


Reservation Policies: Rates are subject to 9.875% taxes (MN Sales and Ely Lodging) and unlike many other resorts we do NOT charge an additional 3% service charge. A deposit of $500 is required to confirm each weekly cabin or suite reservation and shorter stays require a deposit equal to 50% of the lodging reservation. We do accept credit cards but only Discover, Visa and MasterCard at this time.

Deposits will be applied towards our guest's account balance. The reservation balance due is collected at check-in. Deposits will be refunded (less a $100 service charge) if a 90 day notification of cancellation is given. Guests not canceling their reservation prior to their check-in date are responsible for the entire balance due. Event and holiday deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cabin Check-In Time is 3pm
  • Suite Check-In Time is 4pm
  • Our Check-Out Time is 9am HOWEVER whenever possible we will extend your check-out time.

 

Every Cabin and Suite is Non-Smoking. Guests failing to respect this policy will be automatically assessed a $130.00 cleaning fee.
